Just last night I was randomly listening to ‘It’s Automatic’ by Zoot Woman for the first time in absolutely ages and this morning I was greeted by an email announcing their New York show in August at Le Poisson Rouge. I’d like to believe I manifested that shit because I’m deluded like that, but anyway, if you don’t know, now you know: Zoot Woman are back. Below is still one of my favorite songs by them, “Living In Magazine”. I used to walk around New York when I first moved here in 2005 listening to this song on repeat.
Random fact: I met Stuart Price in a Camden pub once in 2008 and he was wearing a pink shirt underneath a pink sweater. LOVE!
